Plans for builders and head contractors
Foundation
1 project, up to 50 assets.
Plant register, compliance documents, operator credentials (NSW high risk work licences and traffic control tickets rechecked against the register at least every 14 days; EWPA yellow cards checked when added), alerts in the app and by email, risk assessment templates, live compliance dashboard.
Starter
1 to 3 projects, up to 100 assets.
Everything in Foundation, plus priority support.
Growth
4 to 10 projects, up to 500 assets.
Everything in Starter, plus Procore integration.
Enterprise
11 or more projects, unlimited assets.
Everything, including all add-ons and integrations: Prestart Management and ISO audit evidence at no extra cost. A service level agreement set for your business, and dedicated support.

Prestart ManagementComing soon
Builder plans: $99 + GST a month
Operators complete prestart checks by scanning the QR label on any machine on your site, including hired plant. Faults go to your site team, and a scan shows when today’s prestart is already done.
ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Audit EvidenceComing soon

Evidence for quality and health and safety audits, drawn from the records PlantComp already keeps. PlantComp is not itself ISO certified.

Portal for plant owners and hire companies
Free for every plant owner, at any fleet size.
Free
Register your plant and see your whole fleet. Upload compliance documents and service records. Add your operators. Print QR labels for your machines.
Safety actions are always free: alerts for critical defects and QR reports, confirming or dismissing a QR report, reporting a fault, logging a prestart fault, and resolving a defect with evidence.
Paid
Everything in Free, plus:
- Your mechanics and service providers upload service records, certificates and repair evidence by scanning the machine’s QR label (coming soon).
- Reports: print and export your full audit history.
- 1 to 20 machines
- $99 + GST a month ($108.90 inc. GST)
- 21 to 100 machines
- $249 + GST a month ($273.90 inc. GST)
- More than 100 machines

60-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 60-day free trial. You choose your plan and accept its terms when you start. No card is needed to begin.
Before day 60 we’ll send you a secure link to add your card, with reminders along the way.
If payment isn’t set up by day 60, your account becomes read-only for 30 days. You can see everything, but you can’t add anything new.
If your account is locked, nothing is deleted. Your compliance records and audit history are kept in line with our Terms, and access returns as soon as payment is made.
A paid Portal owner who stops paying goes back to the free Portal and is never locked out.
Billing
Billed monthly. Annual billing on request. GST of 10% is added to the prices shown. We give existing clients 30 days’ notice of any price change.
