Terms of Service

The PlantComp Terms of Service are currently under final review with Fox Staniland Lawyers in Sydney. The terms have been drafted; we're finalising before public publication.

Prospective customers or partners reviewing PlantComp for procurement or due-diligence purposes can request the current draft directly.

What the published Terms will cover

  • 01Service description. Plant register, operator credential verification, risk assessment workflows, prestart evidence capture, and compliance alerting for construction tenants and plant owners.
  • 02Subscription and pricing. Tiered access from free read-only through enterprise. Billing cycle, payment terms, and cancellation rights.
  • 03Acceptable use. Compliance records integrity, prohibition on falsifying evidence, tenant-scoping rules, and acceptable platform use.
  • 04Data ownership and processing. Customer retains ownership of all submitted data. AMID Pty Ltd acts as data processor under Australian Privacy Principles.
  • 05Compliance permanence. Compliance records are permanent and soft-deleted only — PlantComp's architectural principle that prevents unscrupulous actors from covering their trail.
  • 06Liability and indemnity. Standard provisions appropriate for a compliance-tooling service.
  • 07Governing law. New South Wales, Australia.
